Information stored on your device
Routine names, symbols, schedules, active hours, start and end dates, completion timestamps and preferences are stored in the shared app and widget container on your device. We do not sync routine content or detailed completion records to an operator server. Your operating system may include this information in device backups, depending on your settings.
Analytics and crash diagnostics
We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand app usage and Firebase Crashlytics to diagnose errors. App instance and installation identifiers, device and operating system information, app version, usage events, crashes and diagnostic data may be sent to Google. Analytics may derive country or region-level location from an IP address. We do not include routine names, notes or detailed completion records in custom analytics events. The app does not collect an account name or email address or set them as a user ID.
Advertising and tracking
We do not display ads. Advertising identifier collection and ad personalization signals are disabled. We do not use this information to track you across other companies' apps or websites for advertising.
Notifications
With permission, routine and yesterday-review reminders are scheduled on your device. The app does not use remote push notifications or collect APNs tokens on an operator server for this feature. You can disable notifications in iOS Settings.
Support website and email
When you email support, we process your email address and message to respond. Cloudflare serves this website and may process IP addresses, browser information and access logs to provide and secure the service. This site contains no separate visitor analytics script or advertising.
Service providers and international processing
Google Firebase processes app analytics and crash data, and Cloudflare processes website requests. Information may be processed outside your country of residence. The providers' privacy and security policies also apply.
Retention and deletion
Routine records remain on your device and may be removed when you delete the app. Device backups must be managed through the operating system or backup provider. Analytics and crash data retention follows Google service settings and policies. Support correspondence is retained as needed to respond and as required by applicable law. Contact us about deletion or processing requests. Because the app has no account, we may not be able to link an installation identifier to a person or identify every analytics record.
Security and changes
We use operating system and provider protections for storage and transmission, but cannot guarantee absolute security. We update this page and its effective date when this policy changes.
